* We provide acrylic plates , plastic forks and beverage napkins at no extra charge .
* Real plates,forks and linen napkins and table clothes can be rented from the rental service of your choice . please have them
delivered to us the day before your function .
* All foodline decorations are provided at no charge . If you would like a special theme or color you will need to get these items to us
the week before your event. If you would prefer your florist to decorate please let us ahead of time .
*We have tried very hard to keep our prices affordable for everyone , so please , No substitutions on basic menu items .
* Prices good only through 2011
*Additional charges include 20% Service fee and 8.5% tax 10% Kitchen Fee
*A $500.00 deposit is required to book your date ( balance is due 1 month before your event) and will not be credited to your final bill
. If we book your date and your event does not take place this deposit becomes non-refundable.
This deposit will be used for up to 30 unexpected guest and if not needed will be refunded to you in full.
*Please email your menu, guest count and time of function 6 weeks before your event to jody@thegallerycatering.com
* All deposits and final bill should be made payable to Maison de Tours
